What are the hours of operation?

 

Our program operates from 9:00 AM-3:30 PM. Staff are available between the hours of 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.

How will I get to Bridges Clubhouse?

Transported is provided by ModivCare, formally known as LogistiCare.

 

Is lunch provided?   

​

Lunch is provided daily. 

​

How do you qualify for services? 

​

​

We serve Medicaid-eligible clients who have been diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. ​

What is a typical day like at Bridges Clubhouse?

Program Initiation: 9:00 AM-10:30 AM

​

Life Skills Groups: 10:30 AM- 12:00 PM

​

Lunch 12:00 PM-12:30 PM

​

Life Skills Groups: 12:30 PM-2:00 PM

​

Program Review 2:00 PM-3:00 PM

​

Leisure Time: 3:00 PM-3:30 PM
