Bridges Clubhouse accepts referrals from mental health centers within the community. Referrals from Case Managers at Columbia Area Mental Health Center or Lexington County Mental Health Center are preferred however, self-referrals are acceptable. We currently serve residents who live in Richland or Lexington Counties. To get started click here to download our referral form.
